and understanding why teams decide the way they do.

I am a quality systems manager in the automotive supply industry. For more than twenty years I have accompanied products from first concept to series production — as a joining technologist, as project manager in research, as managing director, today in quality management.

Quality, processes and management belong together for me; which of the three sets the tone is decided by the task at hand. Since January 2026 I have been building the quality management system of Sodecia’s global engineering unit. How people in project teams arrive at their decisions is something that occupies me beyond the day job.
